Solution
For the villa’s property-operations platform we built a dedicated, self-contained guide that looks and feels like the product itself: a narrated walkthrough where every concept is a station — the six configurations, the rules engine, the life of an operation, the recurring calendar, the bridge to the staff’s phones.
It is not a slideshow: every station is interactive. The reader adds a fake asset, composes a rule in plain words, confirms a simulated booking and watches the engine generate the work — all on invented data, with nothing connected to the real system, so exploring is completely safe.
The guide closes with a six-step checklist that turns the tour into a start-up plan. Written in the client’s own language, hosted next to the application, always up to date with it.
