Villa Elena — Events & Weddings

Event direction for the venue — and a living mini-site for every celebration

01

Context

The villa hosts weddings, private parties and corporate events — but the service lived only in the experience of the people running it, and guests were left chasing scattered messages.

02

Objective

Give method to event direction, and give every celebration a place of its own to live and share with its guests.

03

Results

Public side live and working; suppliers, costs, day-of timelines, RSVPs and tables are the next modules.

Solution

One home for the villa’s events, with weddings as the flagship: a control room for the people directing — every event in one list, each with its own album and settings.

For the couple or the host, an invitation workshop — colours, typefaces, adjustable cover — and a bilingual mini-site they build themselves.

For the guests, a shared photo album: anyone can upload from their phone through a simple access page, then re-share on WhatsApp and Instagram with a graphic card designed for social media.

The memory of the event keeps living online after the party ends.
